Join the team behind the build of specialist fire and rescue vehicles used across the UK and internationally. If you’ve got experience with CNC machinery and take pride in producing high-quality components, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
- Operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision components
- Setting up and adjusting machinery for quality and accuracy
- Reading engineering drawings and CAD files
- Inspecting parts using measuring tools
- Supporting fabrication and assembly tasks when required
- Carrying out routine machine maintenance

What we’re looking for:
- Experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery
- Background in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-focused approach

What you’ll get:
- 4-day working week

- Installing and testing hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, hoses, rams)
- Reading technical drawings and hydraulic schematics
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Pipe bending, hose fabrication, and system routing
- Supporting full vehicle builds alongside mechanical and electrical teams

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in hydraulic fitting or similar role
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Team-focused approach with good problem-solving skills
