Step into our world at Emergency One, where tradition meets innovation. The company was founded in 1989 and what started with just 8 dedicated individuals quickly grew into a thriving enterprise. By 1997, our second production facility expansion saw our workforce increase to 40, with an annual output of 55 appliances.
The year 2012 marked a significant milestone as we acquired new production facilities, expanded our team to 122 and our build capacity to 110 units annually. This was accompanied by a strategic merger with Clan Tools and Plant LTD, establishing us as a one-stop shop for all your firefighting needs! And when we joined forces with Magirus, renowned for their turntable ladders, our position in the industry was cemented.
Continuing our trajectory, 2018 witnessed yet another expansion with a new production facility. In 2020, we made waves by introducing the world’s first fully electric fire appliance, the E1 EV0, revolutionising the industry.
In 2023, Emergency One proudly introduced the E1 Simon™, our Aerial Ladder Platform, further solidifying our commitment to meeting the needs of our customers. This ground-breaking addition reflects our dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction, enhancing our range of firefighting solutions.
Today, with 270 employees, we produce around 200 appliances yearly, serving not only our local community but also extending our reach globally to countries like New Zealand, France, Amsterdam, Malta, Qatar, and beyond.
